HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIES 

INGREDIENTS:

•1 cup peanut butter⁣

•2 large eggs⁣

•1/4 cup greek yogurt⁣

•1/2 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free)⁣

•1/2 cup Limitless Pharma Whey Isolate Double Chocolate (~2 scoops)⁣

•1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder⁣

•1 tsp baking powder⁣

•1/3 cup chocolate chips (+ a few for topping)⁣

•1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

INSTRUCTIONS:⁣

1) Preheat oven to 350º, line pan with parchment paper and oil slightly⁣

2) In a mixing bowl, whisk together; peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract⁣

3) Use a spatula to stir in; cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder⁣

(If batter is too thick, stir in 1-2 tbsp of any milk)⁣

4) Fold in chocolate chips⁣

5) Transfer batter to pan that you prepared prior⁣

6) Sprinkle on extra chocolate chips (optional)⁣

7) Bake for 20-25 mins (toothpick should come out almost all clean - we underbaked slightly)⁣

8) Let cool on cooling rack before cutting (will continue to cook as it cools so that is why we underbaked slightly)⁣
