HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS:
•1 cup peanut butter
•2 large eggs
•1/4 cup greek yogurt
•1/2 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free)
•1/2 cup Limitless Pharma Whey Isolate Double Chocolate (~2 scoops)
•1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/3 cup chocolate chips (+ a few for topping)
•1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350º, line pan with parchment paper and oil slightly
2) In a mixing bowl, whisk together; peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract
3) Use a spatula to stir in; cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder
(If batter is too thick, stir in 1-2 tbsp of any milk)
4) Fold in chocolate chips
5) Transfer batter to pan that you prepared prior
6) Sprinkle on extra chocolate chips (optional)
7) Bake for 20-25 mins (toothpick should come out almost all clean - we underbaked slightly)
8) Let cool on cooling rack before cutting (will continue to cook as it cools so that is why we underbaked slightly)
